Houston police are investigating the shooting of two juvenile males at 9801 Meadowglen Lane that occurred about 4:55 p.m. on Tuesday (May 11).
Each of the victims, 16, suffered a gunshot wound to the left leg and was transported to an area hospital.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer A. Merino reported:
The victims stated they were walking through an apartment complex parking lot at the above address when they saw a red SUV park in a covered parking area. An unknown suspect then exited the front passenger side of the vehicle and began shooting at the victims. Both victims were struck, fled the area and then called 9-1-1. The suspects left the scene in an unknown direction.
