Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 8401 Glenscott about 10:35 p.m. on Friday (September 26).
The victim, William Melendez, 19, was transported to an area hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening wounds.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives B. Salazar and A. Graf reported:
Mr. Melendez was reportedly arguing with an unknown suspect at an apartment complex and then walked into a nearby neighborhood at the above address. A dark-colored vehicle pulled alongside him and an unknown suspect shot him.
