Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 708 Hogan Street about 4 a.m. today (September 2).
The victim, Jared Sublett, 31, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Graf and B. Godoy reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Sublett being treated by Houston Fire Department paramedics for gunshot wounds to the face and neck area. Several witnesses stated unknown male suspects had been hanging out at a bar and later left. Those same males later returned with a possible third suspect after the bar had closed. A verbal altercation occurred between the suspects and Sublett during which he was shot.
The suspects, described only as three Hispanic males in their mid-30s, fled the scene in a white, newer model Toyota sedan. Sublett was transported to the hospital.
