Houston police are investigating the shooting of four people at 6898 South Freeway (State Highway 288) service road about 8:45 p.m. on Sunday (July 5).
The victims, three men and one woman, were transported to an area hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening wounds.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers L. Kauffman and C. Bowling reported:
The three men were in a vehicle at a stop light at the above address when an unknown vehicle passed them. The occupant(s) of the vehicle began shooting multiple times, wounding the three men. A female passenger in an unrelated vehicle was also struck.
At this time, there is no known suspect.
