Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 6700 Weston Street that occurred about 11:30 a.m. today (April 8).
The victim, 30, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Carroll and L. Hicks reported:
The victim was walking down the street at the above address when a black vehicle approached him and an unknown suspect fired several times from inside the car. The victim was struck in the arm and torso. Paramedics transported him to the hospital.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
