Houston police are investigating the shooting of a male at 664 Maxey Road that occurred about 1:45 a.m. on Sunday (February 14).
The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Senior Police Officer A. Hernandez and Officer G. Black reported:
The male victim was standing in a parking lot at the above address when he was shot by an unknown male suspect sitting in the driver seat of a white Nissan Maxima. The victim was struck in the abdomen and transported to the hospital where he is expected to survive.
