| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man found at 648 West Cross Street about 1 a.m. on Sunday (December 1).
The victim, Fred Hamilton, 49, was transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Ferrell and J. Roberts reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found Mr. Hamilton lying on the sidewalk. He had sustained several gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported Hamilton to the hospital.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
