Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 6303 Eastland Street about 12:35 p.m. on Thursday (September 24).
The victim, 37, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers M. Combs and M. DeLeon reported:
The victim was standing in front of a convenience store at the above address when he was shot by an unknown suspect(s). Paramedics transported him to the hospital.
The suspect, described only as a young, black male, fled the scene in a silver, older model Dodge Durango.
