Houston police are investigating the shooting of two males that occurred at 5822 Pershing at 9:40 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 11).
The two victims, Al Michael Riggs, 32, and Qualon Nash, 20, suffered gun shot wounds and were transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults Unit Officer A. Ferrell and A. Hernandez reported:
Mr. Riggs had a verbal altercation with an unknown male suspect earlier in the evening at the above address. Later in the evening, two unknown suspects returned and shot at the victim while driving past the location. Riggs was struck in the torso and Mr. Nash was struck in the ear. The suspects then fled in what is described only as a dark colored Dodge pickup truck.
