| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman at 5600 North Shepherd Drive about 2 a.m. today (December 21).
The victim, Kadedra Watson, 23, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Ferrell and J. Roberts reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and observed three vehicles struck by gunfire and one woman (Watson) shot several times. Watson was transported by Houston Fire Department paramedics to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the upper back and right elbow.
A preliminary investigation indicated Watson was struck by gunfire from the passenger side an unknown vehicle.
