Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 3198 Lockcrest Street about 9:35 p.m. on Thursday (July 1).
The victim, Norris Rose, 56, was transported to an area hospital in critical but stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives B. Godoy and V. Habukiha reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a reported vehicle crash at the above address. Upon arrival, they learned the driver had been shot in the arm and chest.
At this time, there is no known motive or witnesses.
