Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 2700 Dallas Street about 10:45 p.m. on Sunday (June 12).
The victim, 22, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives I. Rios-Hernandez and J. Cimeni reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the man to an area hospital.
Officers were advised the victim was among a group of people outside a graduation party being held at a nearby residence. A vehicle, described only as a gray SUV, was seen driving through the area before multiple gunshots were fired and the victim was struck.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s) in the shooting.
