| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman at 2457 Gray Falls Drive about 10:30 p.m. on Thursday (March 3).
The victim, 22, was transported to an area hospital.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives B. Godoy, F. Lee and V. Guerrero Jones reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found the victim had been shot in the back. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the woman to the hospital where she was expected to undergo surgery.
The victim told officers she was driving her vehicle when an unknown vehicle pulled up next to her. She said someone inside the vehicle then fired shots at her.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
