Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men at 12801 Cullen Boulevard about 7:15 p.m. on Monday (Jan. 18).
The victims, Marquale Cooke and Christian Rucker, both 25, were transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer J. Cimeni reported:
Messrs. Cooke and Rucker were sitting inside a vehicle parked in front of a convenience store at the above address when an unknown black male suspect ran up to the driver’s side and fired shots from two guns, striking the victims. The suspect then fled the scene.
At this time, there is no known motive in the incident.
