Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 11500 Chimney Rock Road that occurred about 8 a.m. last Friday (April 9).
The victim, 34, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer J. Roberts and E. Neal reported:
The victim stated he was driving near the above address when a vehicle, described only as a white Nissan Altima, possibly a 2007 model, pulled alongside him. One of the suspects inside the vehicle gestured at the victim and his passenger and held a bag towards them. The victim shrugged his shoulders as if to dismiss them and then heard a gunshot. He then realized he had been shot in the foot.
The suspects fled in the Nissan Altima in an unknown direction. They are described only as four unknown male suspects.
