| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 1100 West Loop South (West Interstate Highway 610 South) about 1:35 a.m. today (April 2).
The victim, Cesar Alejandro Borja, 28, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers B. Godoy and J. Windham reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting on the freeway at the above address and learned Mr. Borja had been shot in the neck and one of his arms. His vehicle was struck multiple times by gunfire from an unknown suspect in a newer model, white, four-door sedan as Borja attempted to change lanes.
Paramedics transported Borja to the hospital.
