| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 1009 Beckman Street about 3 a.m. on Monday (May 27).
The victim, Adam Robles, 31, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in an unknown condition.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives S. Overstreet and J Escobar reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a residence at the above address and learned Mr. Robles had gotten into a disturbance with his wife, who was armed with a handgun. During a struggle over the handgun, a single shot was fired and Robles was struck. Paramedics transported him to the hospital.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
