| Houston police are investigating the discovery of human remains found at 2301 Hayes Road about 7:15 p.m. last Friday (September 3).
The gender of the remains are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Vaughn and R. Waterwall reported:
During a maintenance call, employees of an apartment complex at the above address found a human fetus inside a section of plumbing.
At this time, it has not been determined if foul play is involved.
