Investigation into Man Found Deceased at 3808 Audley Street

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 3808 Audley Street about 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday (May 20).

The victim is identified as William Enzor, 20, of the above address.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Saldana and Detectives R. Montalvo and E. Martinez reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased person in an apartment at the above address.  The father of Mr. Enzor called for a welfare check after he had not heard from his son since Mother’s Day.  HPD officers, along with apartment maintenance personnel, made entry to the apartment and found Enzor in his bedroom.  Evidence from the scene indicated he had been there at least a week.  Officers also found drug paraphernalia inside the apartment .

Further investigation indicated a neighbor had seen an unknown male enter Enzor’s apartment, possibly with a key, about a week prior.  There was no sign of forced entry to the apartment.

Houston Forensic Science Center personnel responded to the scene and found possible trauma to Enzor’s head. His cause of death is pending an autopsy.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.
