Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man whose body was found at 18000 Canyon Cove about 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday (May 3).
The identity of the man is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers D. Williamson and K. Ferguson reported:
A resident called 911 after seeing a body floating in Lake Houston near the above address. The man’s body was recovered and paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine the manner and cause of death.
