Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 1777 Walker Street about 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday (September 27).
The identity of the male, 60, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Miller and Detective D. Stark reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call in a room at a hotel at the above address and found the male in a bathroom. He appeared to have minor head trauma and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
There were no signs of a struggle or forced entry into the room. The investigation is pending the cause of death.
