| Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 7600 Liberty Road about 7:55 a.m. today (August 31).
The identity and cause of death of the male are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Brooks and Detective C. Flora reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a call of a deceased person at the above address and learned passers-by were walking along the bridge and saw an unresponsive male lying under the bridge. His body was in an advanced state of decomposition and he was pronounce deceased by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
At this time, the investigation is pending the results of the autopsy.
