Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 9800 Hollock Street

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 9800 Hollock Street about 1:45 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 30).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the apartment complex courtyard at the above address and found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds.  Multiple bullet casings were located in the parking lot of the complex. 

Witnesses heard gunshots and observed a possible suspect vehicle, a white sedan, just prior to the shooting.
