Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 8400 Broadway Street about 1:20 a.m. on July 3.
The identity of the deceased male is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives T. Tylor, N. Sharp, M. Perez and G. Zavala reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and located an unresponsive male in the courtyard. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male deceased.
At this time there is no known motive or suspect(s).
