| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8125 Mills Road about 2:00 p.m. on Saturday (November 23).
The identity of the victim, 32, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences..
HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Caten and M. Barrow reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex at the above address and found an unresponsive man with a gunshot wound inside a parked vehicle. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the man deceased.
According to witness descriptions and evidence from the scene, the suspect is believed to be a black male in his 20s to early 30s, wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
