| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman found at 7700 Main Street about 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday (September 4).
The identity of the victim, believed to be between 25 and 30 years of age, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives W. Huff and J. Nguyen reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at the above address and were advised by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics that a female was found with possible gunshot wounds. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, there are no known suspects.
