| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 7200 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45) about 10:30 p.m. on November 2.
The deceased male is identified as Robert Schorovsky, 37.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Brooks and Detective C. Flora reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a vehicle crash on the inbound lanes of the Gulf Freeway near the above address. Officers learned a male driver was driving a large white commercial box truck and had crashed. Further investigation revealed he had been shot at least one time. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition. Doctors pronounced the victim, later identified as Mr. Schorovsky, deceased on November 4.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects.
