Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 7002 Sidney Street about 1:25 a.m. on Saturday (July 15).
The victim is identified as Ramiro Galvan Garza, 66.
HPD Homicide Division Detective K. Lovelace reported:
HPD officers were flagged down by a family member of Mr. Galvan Garza and directed to a house under construction at the above address. The victim was found inside the building suffering from a gunshot wounds.
