| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 6305 Dumfries Drive about 11:15 p.m. on Sunday (March 2).
The identity of the victim, 54, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Diaz and A. Hernandez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found an unresponsive male with at least one gunshot wound in the parking lot. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
The suspect is described only as a black male about six feet tall and last seen in a tan, four-door sedan.
