Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 5536 Arapahoe about 4:50 p.m. on Wednesday (March 20).
The victim, Luis Gutierrez, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives T. Fay and T. Terry reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at the above address. Upon arrival, they found Mr. Gutierrez lying in the roadway, deceased. He had been shot multiple times.
Witnesses reported seeing a dark, possibly black, SUV fleeing the area shortly after the shooting occurred.
