| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 3901 Lockhart Street about 12:05 a.m. today (February 24).
The identity of the victim, 30, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. McDonald and T. Andrade reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at a business parking lot at the above address and found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased.
A preliminary investigation indicated the victim and an unknown suspect got into a disturbance and the victim was shot . The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
