| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 2201 Hayes Street that occurred about 6:20 a.m. on Saturday (November 7).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Rivera and J. Young reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased male at the above address and found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
