Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 15470 Chipman Lane about 7:15 a.m. on Monday (January 24).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Grimes and K. Persad reported:
The victim was found unconcious in an apartment complex parking lot at the above address with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to Houston Northwest Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
At this time, there is no known motive nor suspect(s).
