| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 13900 Croquet Lane about 12:45 a.m. on today (March 20).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Hay and Detective B. Rothberg reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found the victim inside a vehicle. He had sustained a gunshot wound. Paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
A witness stated a suspect, described only as a black male, drove up next to the victim’s vehicle, shot the victim and then drove away.
