Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 10202 Club Creek Drive

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10202 Club Creek Drive about 5 a.m. on Sunday (Dec. 3).

The identity of the victim, 57, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Montalvo and Detective D. Higgs reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at an apartment at the above address and found the victim in a bedroom.  He had been shot multiple times.  Paramedics pronounced the man deceased.

Detectives learned the shooting occurred during an argument between the victim and a suspect known to him who fled the scene.
