Houston police are investigating a fatal incident that occurred in the 11700 block of Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10) about 4:35 p.m. on Saturday (May 24).
The victim is identified as Dae Lee, 60.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Dudley and Detective K. Heaverlo reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to road rage disturbance at the above address. Witnesses stated there was a physical altercation between the victim and another male which may have stemmed from an apparent road rage incident. The victim then got on top of the male’s vehicle as the male drove away causing the victim to fall off of it. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to the hospital.
Officers located the suspect’s vehicle unoccupied after a brief search.
Doctors pronounced the victim deceased on Sunday (May 25).
