Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 7300 Jay Street about 3:15 a.m. on Sunday (December 13).
The male victim, 70, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant K. Harris reported:
The victim was involved a minor crash at the above address. According to responding patrol officers, he had driven his gray Toyota Camry into a ditch. He got out of the vehicle and began walking around, advising that he thought he might have had a stroke. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is pending an autopsy examination by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences to determine if the crash played a role in the man’s death.
