Investigation into Fatal Crash at 3400 West Gulf Bank Road

Houston police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash at 3400 West Gulf Bank Road about 5 a.m. on Sunday (Jan. 29).The identity of the male victim, 35, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant G. Lopez and Officer T. La reported:The victim, a pedestrian, was in the roadway at the above address when he was struck by one or more vehicles traveling westbound on West Gulf Bank Road.  The driver(s) failed to stop and render aid to the victim.  Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.Anyone with information on the wanted driver(s) and/or vehicle(s) is urged to contact the HPD Hit and Run Unit at 713-247-4072 or speak anonymously with Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.JFC/SOA       1-30-23Inc #014072323-I
