Houston police have learned a man critically injured in a crash in the 3100 block of North State Highway 6 about 5:50 p.m. on October 25 has died from his injuries.
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant P. Lee and Officer S. Le reported:
The victim was operating a black Triumph motorcycle southbound at the above address. At the same time, the driver of a gray Toyota Tundra pickup truck failed to yield at a stop sign on Groschke Road as he turned onto the highway. The victim’s motorcycle struck the back left side of the Toyota.
The victim was transported by Life Flight Helicopter to Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center in critical condition. Doctors declared him deceased last Friday (October 28).
Officers questioned the male driver, 55, of the Toyota. The investigation is continuing.
