Houston police have learned a man critically injured in a crash at 1900 Brewster Street about 4:10 p.m. on Saturday (March 8) has died.
The identity of the deceased male, 25, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Officer R. Leibold and Northeast Patrol Division officers reported:
The male was operating a Honda motorcycle southbound at the above address and disregarded the stop sign at the intersection with Sumpter Street. He then struck a gray Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling westbound on Sumpter Street. Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital in critical condition. Doctors pronounced the male deceased on Tuesday (March 11).
None of the three adults persons in the truck was injured. The investigation is continuing.
