| Houston police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash at 15600 South Post Oak Road about 8:30 p.m. last Friday (November 9).
The identity of the male victim, 70, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Gonzales and Officer J. Crisler reported:
The victim crossed the street at the above address in the middle of the intersection and was struck by a truck of unknown make or model traveling southbound on South Post Oak Road. The driver of the vehicle did not stop to render assistance and fled the scene in an unknown direction. HFD paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
