| Houston police are investigating the fatal crash that occurred at 15400 South Post Oak at about 3:20 p.m. on Sunday (November 26).
The identity of the male victim, 91, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant M. Warhol and Officer L. Tram reported:
The driver of a blue Toyota Tundra was traveling northbound on South Post Oak when the victim attempted to cross the street, not at a crosswalk. The driver was not able to stop in time and struck the victim. The victim as pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, who remained at the scene, was questioned and released.
