| Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 15100 South Post Oak Road about 8:55 p.m. on Monday (May 1).
The identities of a deceased man, 27, and a woman, believed to be in her 20s, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer D. Thompson reported:
A gray Hyundai Santa Fe was traveling northbound near the above address. A white Jeep Patriot traveling southbound on South Post Oak Road attempted to make a a left turn onto Anderson Road and failed to yield the right of way to the Hyundai. At that time, the Hyundai struck the Jeep
The driver of the Jeep was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased, The female passenger in the Jeep was pronounced deceased at the scene. All occupants of the Hyundai were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
