| Houston police have learned a male critically injured in a crash that occurred at 12200 Old Galveston Road about 4:40 a.m. on April 23 has died.
The identity of the victim, 42, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Ponchen and Officer L. Hale reported:
The victim was traveling westbound on Old Galveston Road when he was struck by a tan Ford F-150 pickup also traveling westbound on Old Galveston Road. The victim was transported by Houston Fire Department paramedics to Clear Lake Regional Hospital where doctors pronounced him deceased on Thursday (April 27).
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
