| Houston police have learned a woman critically injured in a crash at 1200 Houston Avenue about 8:05 a.m. on November 23 has died.
The identity of the female, 25, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant E. Alejandro and Officer M. Mathews reported:
The female was driving a red Volkswagen Jetta southbound near the above address when she failed to stay in a single lane and struck a bridge. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the woman to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition. On Wednesday (Dec. 4), doctors pronounced the female deceased
The investigation is continuing.
