A wrong-way driver was driving a Chrysler 300 northbound in the southbound lanes near the above address. A tractor-trailer truck was traveling in the southbound lanes and both it and the Chrysler veered into the same lane. The Chrysler struck the 18-wheeler head on and both vehicles burst into flames. The 18-wheeler then left the roadway, went over the freeway guardrail and partially separated from the trailer, which landed on the service road.
