CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story house and ensured everyone was out of the home. They found and extinguished a fire in the void space between the two floors. The roof was ventilated, and crews checked for extension. Firefighters from Stations 39, 15, 34, 45, 32, 56, 27 and 30 responded to this incident.
