INJURIES: One civilian transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation.

CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from a 1-story home and made an offensive attack. They made entry and extinguished the fire with no extension found. The fire originated from a wall outlet due to electrical arching. One civilian was transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation. 49 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 35, 23, 26, 46, 25, 40, 24 and Rescue 42.
