WHERE: 9200 block of Delmont Park Ln. 77075.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $13,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find smoke coming from the garage of a 2-story house and made an offensive attack. A primary search was completed, and the fire was extinguished. The fire was contained to a wall in the garage where a heat lamp was being used for a reptile tank. 35 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 26, 70, 36, 52, 61 and 93.
