CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental. (Unspecified electrical fault).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find fire coming through the roof of a 1-story house and made an offensive attack. They conducted a primary search and notified CenterPoint to remove the meter to the home due to extensive damage to the roof. The crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. 36 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 23, 70, 71, 52, 93, 94, 24 and Rehab 17.
